The entire communication was managed by the Team from Indian Institute of Hams (IIH). The team was lead by Dr.Sathyapal VU2FI with ten other Hams. We, VU3JYT -Rajan and VU3JYU- Jegan were one of the team members. I had been posted inthe SOS point, in the midddle distance of the Rally cover and Jegan was posted in the "Radio Point2". We had been provided with radio equipments on a special frequency. We had followed alll the cars passed our points with timigs. It was very interesting for us being our FIRST participation in the communication team for a Car Rally. Since the rally was conducted in the "dirt Track" the dust and dirt was raised over 2meters by the speedy vehicles. I have presented a short video taken from my SOS point covering the Night and Day Car Rally in the Sprint de Bangalore.
